Except for the roof surface and joinery, there is no need for any extra maintenance or painting.

As a manufacturer company, when the customer's request is realized, we determine the production time and assembly time with him, we sign a contract, the down payment determined by the contract is received by our company. If our customer has received a standard package before the agreed assembly date: Preparation of the concrete foundation with scales in the given dimensions, If it is purchased with a wooden carrier foundation: It is sufficient to provide a flat and hard ground as much as the base area, If there is no flat ground on the land, flattening or adapting the carrier legs to the ground can be done. For deliveries to be made on the foundation, the foundation and the floor material to be laid on it belong to the customer. When the agreed assembly date arrives, the remaining part of the fee is paid, the prepared wooden material and our assembly team sets off. It completes the assembly of the house before the end of the agreed assembly period and delivers it to the owner in return for signature. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the necessary building permits.

It depends for your country but mostly all types of permanent structures are subject to license procedures to be legal, regardless of the material used. Obtaining a building license is subject to conditions that vary according to the region. It is the responsibility of the buyer to carry out all kinds of license procedures. Our teams assume that the necessary permits have been obtained when they arrive for installation.

Our standard packages include all interior and exterior walls, interior and exterior doors, windows and glass, roof and roof insulation. All structures are delivered with natural preservatives applied, you do not need to apply additional paint and similar processes.

As content in extra services: Floors, floor insulation, bathroom works for commercial facilities, kitchens, electrical installations and if you choose a suitable model, we offer the services of a wooden leg carrier system without foundation.

We do not have an assembly and transportation fee. The employer is only responsible for the accommodation and food of the assembly team and, if necessary, transportation expenses between the construction site accommodation.

Our list price is only the price of the upper structure. We do not have turnkey cabins for individual or oversea orders.
